“I am excited about the positive impact this affordable housing project will have on Harlem. Having worked in
real estate here for over a decade, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by our residents due to
skyrocketing rents. This project is more than just a construction effort; it represents a lifeline for families
struggling to stay in their homes. Additionally, the jobs created and the economic benefits generated will
invigorate our local businesses and provide a robust boost to our neighborhood’s economy. It’s exactly the
kind of development that Harlem needs to thrive and remain inclusive for everyone.”

With affordable housing, we're not only addressing the housing crisis but also fueling economic development through job creation and local business growth. As someone who has seen the impact of housing instability on our residents, I fully support this project and believe it will be a transformative force for good in Harlem.”

“The Timbuktu Islamic Center will stay in Harlem thanks to the One45 Harlem for All developer team which
worked with us in a spirit of friendship and cooperation. They provided the financial backing which allowed us
to buy our own building so we can stay in Harlem and provide for our community. They kept their word and
proved their commitment to our Mosque and to Harlem.”

“As a real estate broker deeply invested in Harlem's growth and prosperity, I wholeheartedly support this affordable housing project. For years, we've seen how rising housing costs have displaced longtime residents and strained our community. This initiative is a game-changer, providing not only affordable homes but also creating much-needed jobs and stimulating local economic growth. It's a win-win for Harlem, ensuring that the people who make our neighborhood vibrant can continue to call it home. This project embodies the kind of thoughtful development we need to secure a brighter future for our community.”

“When we needed financial support to help pay for our summer Basketball youth league, the developer stepped up and helped us. They put their money where their mouth is and did the right thing. They are committed to investing in this community which is why I support them.”
